Izzy Brown: Preseason Tour With Chelsea FC Is Like A Dream
Chelsea FC youngster Izzy Brown spoke the club’s official website and said that being on the preseason tour with the club is like a dream. The England attacker has had a fine preseason game and even scored two goals in his first debut against Wycombe Wanderers. Both goals were well taken and put his prodigious talent on full display. At just 17 years old he is still a few years away from being a regular contributor to the first team but he has shown in this preseason that he has tremendous potential.

It’s like a dream to be with Chelsea on their pre-season tour. I’m very happy to be here. It’s hard to explain just how much you are going to get better as a player and hopefully as a person in general.’It was amazing. To score two goals on my first game for the first team, it’s something I couldn’t have dreamed of. Now I have to keep working hard and hopefully more of that will come. I possibly should have scored the chance I had on Wednesday [against WAC] and that is something I can work on in training and see what I could have done differently. I just need to get that experience.Getting into the right positions is important: making those forward runs into the box and getting goal-scoring chances, that’s what the boss has told me to do. After a trophy-laden season with the Chelsea Under 21s, Izzy Brown has gotten used to winning titles in the Chelsea shirt. He still has a lot of room to grow as a player and will hopefully one day become a full time member of the first team squad and a winner of a few more titles for his trophy cabinet.
