Goalkeeper: Petr Cech

Petr Cech may have slightly tarnished his legacy by moving to Arsenal Football Club as he potentially seeks to end his career, but a few seasons in red will never overshadow everything he achieved with Chelsea FC. He is sixth in appearances for the club behind three other men on this list and has been a central figure at Stamford Bridge for nearly a decade.

He owns every Chelsea clean-sheet record there is, including most clean sheets overall, most clean sheets in a season, most clean sheets in a Premier League season, and most consecutive clean sheets in the league. He also holds the overall clean sheet record in Premier League history with 172, 166 of which he earned with Chelsea.

The Blues had another legendary goalkeeper in Peter Bonetti who made over 600 appearances for the club but it is hard to argue against Cech’s resume and trophy cabinet. It is a close call between Peter and Petr but it is the Czech Republic keeper that wins out.
