N’Golo Kante (No.7), Defensive midfielder, France

N’Golo Kante has finally found his rhythm this season after a couple of seasons filled with debates around his position. Lampard has proved that Kante is one of the best defensive midfielders in the world and there’s nothing other managers can do about it. Expect another fantastic performance from Kante as he weaves a heatmap worth of appreciation from Picasso.

Mateo Kovacic (No.17), Central Midfielder, Croatia

Mateo Kovacic has often been a misunderstood player at Chelsea. Despite being our player of the season 2019-20, he struggled to get game time at the beginning of the season. However, he has pulled strings in midfield and proved his worth in each and every appearance this season. Against West Ham, Kovacic’s arrival cleaned things up for Chelsea and that is something even Lampard has admitted. It is only fair that Kovacic gets a chance against Arsenal so that he can prove his mettle once again.

Mason Mount (No.19), Central Midfielder, England

Mason Mount is a majestic player for Chelsea. He is perhaps the most vital cog in Lampard’s system. As Lampard said, Mount is not the type of player that does fancy tricks or techniques, rather his efficient passing in the right direction makes him an invaluable asset for Chelsea. As rival fans continue to surround him with negativity, expect Mount to silence his critics with another tireless shift.
