Christian Atsu
Ghana 0-1 Montenegro
Stadion Pod Goricom, Podgorica, Montenegro

Christian Atsu started the game for Ghana in midfield against Montenegro and had several shots on target but none that really troubled the keeper. Atsu also drew two fouls and committed two of his own. He put in a fine shift for the Black Stars and was substituted for Asamoah Gyan, he of the game winning goal against the United States in the 2010 World Cup, in the 76th minute. Ghana lost 1-0 to Montenegro on a penalty in the first minute and did not look a side primed to make a run in the World Cup this summer.
