Should Chelsea FC Utilize Their Academy More?

Chalobah should be a somewhat familiar name for fans of the club. He is comfortable playing in midfield or defense, thus making him a valuable asset due to his versatility. Chalobah is also quick on his feet, and displays a tireless work rate.
After representing England at various youth levels, and multiple loan spells, expect Chalobah to get a chance to prove his worth this summer.
While it is a certainly a luxury when you can buy nearly any player you want, it is sometimes best to try and build from within. Hopefully Chelsea will give these players, and some of the other promising youth players a good look in the near future.
