Jose Mourinho Keen On Bringing Marco Reus to Chelsea FC
Chelsea have become the front-runners to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Marco Reus. The German has been a hot commodity as all the top clubs in Europe are seeking his signature as he seems unsettled seeing as Dortmund’s chances at Champions League play next season are very slim. Jose Mourniho is hoping to catch the winger and bring him to Chelsea’s already impressive squad.
Marco Reus, who has been playing comfortably on the left wing, would more than likely need to adjust to the right, as Eden Hazard has the left wing spot reserved. If the German were able to comfortably adjust, he could prove to be very dangerous.
Marco Reus would be a stunning addition to the Blues. The German is quick on and off the ball, has amazing ball control, can score freekicks from any angle, and can score goals. With Reus scoring over 30 goals as a winger for Dortmund, he is already quite established and can definitely help any team he joins. Reus not only scored 21 goals in the previous season, but also had the most German assists in the Bundesliga that season as well. That is no easy task, and him only now hitting his prime, shows that Reus can only improve.

Reorts are saying that there is a 20 million release clause on Reus. If this is the case, Chelsea should do all they can to persue the German for such a bargain. There will be alot of competition for the star, but with Chelsea looking to promise Reus the best salary, there is good chances he would pick London as his next destination. Reus certatinly fits the fast paced style of play Chelsea enjoy, and Jose Mourninho definitely has an idea of what he wants to do with the German.
The signing will more than likely not happen till the summer though because Marco Reus would be cup tied if he were to be signed in the winter, he would miss out on the remainder of the Champions league if Dortmund were to make it to the knockout stage.
