Another week, and another game, where Chelsea FC have failed to take full advantage of a slip by Manchester City. Chelsea FC may not get a better opportunity to put daylight between them and City after the latter’s surprising 1-0 defeat to relegation strugglers Burnley. While the second half performance was reminiscent of Chelsea’s start to the season, the final outcome was more in tune with the disappointments witnessed towards the end of last season when the team could not turn dominance and clear-cut chances into goals and 3 points. Here are my observations from another disappointing (yet encouraging) game…
