It was a feisty and emotional affair as Chelsea FC took on Arsenal Football Club on Sunday at the Emirates. Both sides wanted a win but for very different reasons as Arsenal was desperate to cut Chelsea’s lead down but the Blues only wanted to try and seal their title as early as possible. With a win, Chelsea would have needed to defeat Leicester City on Wednesday to clinch their first Premier League title since 2010.

This was a match with many storylines including the return of Cesc Fabregas to the club where he grew up. There were dismissed penalty shouts, violent collisions, hard tackles, and plenty of yellow cards to go around. Here are some things we learned from this clash at the Emirates.
