Whilst the stage was being set, Cesc Fabregas did a “John Terry” and donned his full kit, Mario Melchiot came out and signed a shirt, the centre circle flag declaring Chelsea FC were indeed Champions was laid out, and then it was time ……………

The trophy was brought out onto the stage.

Jose then led the team out shaking hands with each member of his staff on the way to the stage.

And then the fun really started as John Terry lifted the Barclay’s Premier League Trophy!

And Cesc wore a magic hat whilst being interviewed, a fact that I’m sure wasn’t lost on Arsenal fans!

The on pitch celebrations continued before heading into the dressing room no doubt!

And so it ended, a memorable day full of passion, sadness and happiness inside a packed Stamford Bridge, one that I shall never forget, and one that very nicely set up the Victory Parade the following day.
