Emenalo joined Chelsea in 2007 as Head Opposition Scout, but after the shock departure of the popular Ray Wilkins, Emenalo was promoted to assistant first team coach on the 18th November 2010. Less than 8 months later, Emenalo had been promoted again, this time to the position of Technical Director, the role that he has held for the past 4 years.
