Attack

PEDRO RODRIGUEZ. 6.
Since Pedro’s dream first game in Chelsea blue, he has been lacking overall. In this game he missed a chance to score a Chelsea goal late. A chance that you would expect almost any Premier League forward to take. There were also a few occasions in which he chose to hang onto the ball instead of offloading it to a better positioned teammate. Still hopeful for Pedro’s form to help Chelsea in the long run this year but he certainly does need some sharp improvement.
. W. Spain

Belgium. EDEN HAZARD. 5.
Hazard is far from the best in the Premier League this season. He’ll have to make a much bigger impact throughout an entire 90 minutes if he wants to be regarded as the league’s best. The positive thing is that he has it, we know that, he just needs someone to punch it out of him. At the moment he looks disinterested, unfortunately.
. W

Remy was the player I was keeping an eye on throughout the game. I didn’t hate the performance from Remy, I was just left wanting more. I always get excited when he is paying because I feel like it is a matter of time before he takes over. Just didn’t seem to happen at St James’ and some people were even stating that Falcao should have started. Again another performance that represented Chelsea’s day as a whole.
. ST. France. LOIC REMY. 7
