Chelsea FC took the momentum of their 2-0 victory over Aston Villa all the way to Ukraine as they faced Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League. The Blues were desperate to right the ship in their group after a defeat to FC Porto that made the Chelsea defense look tired and exposed.

Coming in to the match they were third in the group after a decisive victory against Maccabi Tel Aviv and the loss in Porto. After the date in Kiev the Blues have three more fixtures in the group with a date with Maccabi in Tel Aviv sandwiched around two home fixtures against Dynamo and FC Porto.

Despite the pressure being placed on the squad from fans and pundits alike, the lads put forth what many believed was their best performance of the season.
