Heaven: For me there are three contenders for the one available slot, Petr Cech, Thibaut Courtois and Carlo Cudicini.
Petr Cech: 333 appearances and 166 clean sheets in the Premier League make him the stand out candidate for the heaven team. As much as I admired Captain Carlo and look forward to a decade of Courtois, it is Big Pete that makes it between the sticks for the heavenly team.
Hell: Despite the best efforts of Hilario and Ross Turnbull there is only one stand-out candidate and of course it has to be Mark Bosnich.
The Australian signed for Chelsea FC and spent most of his first season out of the squad with injury issues. Then despite being warned by John Terry about who he was hanging out with he managed to fail a drugs test and get himself sacked!
