Chelsea FC: Top 10 Oscar Goals
6. Sparta Prague, 14/02/13
Europa League, Generali Arena
This goal was the culmination of a devastatingly beautiful Chelsea passing move. Oscar started the sequence, with a nice turn preceding a knock back to Frank Lampard. The Brazilian had found himself some space in the meantime and Lampard duly returned the ball.
Another neat turn allowed Oscar to feed the ball into Eden Hazard’s feet and the Belgian laid it off first time. A few touches took the midfielder into the box, allowing him to apply a clinical left-footed finish.
Silky-smooth.
The goal would in fact be crucial to this Round of 32 tie as the Blues could only muster a 1-1 draw in the second leg. Chelsea then went on to win the whole competition outright.
