Chelsea FC and FC Porto are all set for a group-deciding clash at Stamford Bridge. Both teams sit on 10 points each but the Blues are ahead on goal difference. We have covered the scenarios in which Chelsea can qualify for the next round but the only thing that really matters is that they cannot lose.

Things sit on a knife edge with many supporters claiming that the season is on the line. We have yet reached that crisis point with so much time left in the season but to lose today and get knocked out of the Champions League would be a tremendous blow, both to Jose Mourinho and the club he represents.

Somewhat predictably, Mourinho has turned to those he trusts. Some supporters were calling for youth as they have been all season, but it was never going to happen in a match of such importance. Here are the confirmed lineups:

Chelsea FC starting XI:
Thibaut Courtois
Cesar Azpilicueta, John Terry, Kurt Zouma, Branislav Ivanovic
Nemanja Matic, Ramires
Eden Hazard, Oscar, Willian
Diego Costa

Substitutes: Asmir Begovic, Gary Cahill, John Obi Mikel, Kenedy, Cesc Fabregas, Pedro, Loic Remy

FC Porto starting XI:
Iker Casillas
Bruno Martins Indi, Ivan Marcao, Maicon, Maxi Pereira
Hector Herrera, Giannelli Imbula, Danilo Pereira
Yacine Brahimi, Jesus Corona, Miguel Layun

Substitutes: Helton, Ruben Neves, Evandro Goebel, Silvestre Varela, Cristian Tello, Vincent Aboubakar, Alberto Bueno

If Chelsea FC are able to hold on and get the result, or better yet to win the match, then supporters can keep hopes of winning the Champions League alive as possible winners of the group. If not, then the Blues will turn to the Europa League for salvation from their horrid form in the Premier League.
