16. Branislav Ivanovic vs Napoli – 2011/12

This goal came in one of the most memorable European nights in Chelsea FC history. After a 3-1 humiliation in Naples, the Blues needed some heroics from the big-time players in the squad and they responded in kind. Didier Drogba scored the opener, Frank Lampard slotted home a penalty, and with a shoot-out on the horizon, Branislav Ivanovic stepped up.

After some lovely work by Ramires out on the wing, he found Drogba in the box who turned and spotted Ivanovic waiting at the penalty spot. The Serbian smashed home his effort into the roof of the net and sent Stamford Bridge into delirium. The Blues were through to the next round and another step closer to history.
