1. Terry Farewell Tour

Chelsea FC captain and legend John Terry confirmed that he will indeed be leaving the club at season’s end. This is the first Barclays Premier League game following the announcement, and with their leader now essentially on a farewell tour, the squad will surely push on and try to send him out on a high note.

He said at the time of the announcement that he was purely focused on the task at hand and he proved that with his performance. The defender was solid alongside Kurt Zouma and managed to keep a dangerous Watford team from hitting the back of the net, despite some scary moments.

With such performances coupled with the overwhelming support of the fans, it would not be too surprising if the Stamford Bridge officials back-track and offer him an extension by the end of the campaign.
