1. Hazard Returns To Starting XI

Something that’s been a running storyline over the past couple of weeks was when we would see the return of Eden Hazard to the starting eleven. With Paris Saint-Germain looming next Tuesday, one could guess Hazard would make a cameo in order to be fresh next week, but he was handed the start today and made the most of it. While the young Belgian might not be completely up to speed, he certainly looked lively, albeit against a slumping side.

The home fans were treated to something like the Hazard of old, watching as he effortlessly tormented the Newcastle defense with his dribbling and movement. With big games coming against the aforementioned PSG, and Manchester City in the FA Cup, Chelsea fans will be hoping their main man is firing on all cylinders.
