Chelsea FC welcome West Ham United to Stamford Bridge for a Premier League clash this afternoon. Here is how the Blues may line up.

Today marks the first game after Chelsea FC’s 2015/16 season was well and truly killed off. A double sucker-punch of being eliminated from both the Champions League and FA Cup last week leaves Guus Hiddink’s men with little to play for.

With that, it will be interesting to see who is selected in the starting eleven. West Ham will make the short trip with their sights wholly set on taking the three points and some may even say that they are the favourites. How will Hiddink set out his team?
