4. Oscar – Ajitesh Rasgotra

Oscar, since his arrival at Stamford Bridge, has been the source of much frustration for Chelsea fans. The baby-faced Brazilian seems to have all the talent needed to excel at this level, but he is yet to figure out how to bring it together on a consistent basis.

The midfielder burst onto scene with an incredible performance in his full debut for the Blues. Facing Juventus in the Champions League, Oscar hit the back of twice with sumptuous strikes. At that point, he was touted as the next big thing.

Unfortunately, he has since proven to be woefully unreliable. He usually starts each campaign in fine form, but then fades as the season wears on. Into his fourth season with Chelsea, supporters are now calling for him to be finally cut loose with a potential windfall in the offing.

This campaign has been particularly poor and he will need to do much to convince Conte that he is worthy of a spot in this squad. Seven games will need to yield at least five virtuoso performances from the midfielder but his current status as a backup player will make this hard.

Having said that, he may not even want to stay at Stamford Bridge anyway.
