If Leicester City beat Manchester United on Sunday afternoon, they win the Premier League. If they don’t, Chelsea FC have a chance of handing it to them by defeating Tottenham Hotspur on Monday evening. After a dire season, there is nothing that Blues fans will love more.

Guus Hiddink’s men are coming off an impressive 4-1 demolition of Bournemouth last weekend. In a contest where both sides had little to play for, Chelsea turned on the style to beat a Cherries outfit who are still living the dream. Spurs, meanwhile, slipped up against West Brom in a 1-1 draw that was celebrated by almost the whole footballing world.

How will the Blues boss set up his team to combat their London neighbours?
