Frank Leboeuf: 1996-2001

Appearances: 204
Trophies: FA Cup (2), League Cup, Community Shield

Frank Leboeuf and his fellow countryman Marcel Desailly were Chelsea’s center-half tandem in the late 1990s. Leboeuf was one of Chelsea’s most reliable penalty takers, with 17 of his 24 goals for the Blues coming from the spot.

Lebouef has stayed out in front of Chelsea fans since retiring from football, having embarked on a film career and being a steady source of commentary and opinion on all things Chelsea. He praises Chelsea transfer target N’Golo Kante as the next Claude Makelele, criticized David Luiz “because he forgets a huge amount of things” and tantalized fans by saying Antonio Conte will make Chelsea “seductive.”
