Chelsea starlet Tammy Abraham has been on fire for Bristol City so far this season. Watch all 10 of his goals for the Championship club here.
While Chelsea have been floundering in the Premier League, Tammy Abraham has been stealing the spotlight on loan. The forward has already hit the back of the net ten times this season, in just 13 appearances. That seems like a decent point to take stock and enjoy his efforts.

Abraham has for long been recognised as one of Chelsea’ brightest prospects. In fact, many fans were upset when he was shipped off to a Bristol City side that struggled in the Championship last season.
However, Abraham has seized the opportunity and the Robins are reaping the rewards. After finishing 18th last season, they currently lie in sixth position and they will be eyeing a promotion push. If their loan star continues his form, they will certainly have a shot.
While the forward possesses his fair share of skill and trickery, none of the goals he has scored have been particularly outstanding. That is not supposed to be a criticism, but rather an encouraging sign that he knows what his role is.
Long-range efforts are the show-stealers, but they should not come from the man up front. These goals are reserved for tricky wingers and ambitious midfielders who find themselves in a bit of space.

Abraham, as the striker, should be in the box every time the ball heads towards the opposition goal. That is pure striker play. The youngster is scoring goals by latching on to loose balls in the box and cleaning up rebounds. He is getting a foot on low crosses into the six-yard box.
This is what great strikers do. They capitalise on any opportunity in the area and stick the ball in the back of the net.
Chelsea’s current striker, Diego Costa used to be fantastic at this. He lost his way last season but he appears to be back on the right track this time out.
If a striker can score 20 goals each season, fans will not care how they come. The prime objective of a front man is to grab a goal in any way possible and Abraham is fulfilling this perfectly.
Hopefully, the youngster will be able to keep up his great form and maintain his instinct as the games come quicker and the ride gets bumpier. If he can, then there should be a space in the Stamford Bridge dressing room awaiting him come August 2017.
