Chelsea square off with Hull City as they look to rebound from two consecutive Premier League losses. Here are predictions from The Pride Of London staff.

Chelsea are reeling at the moment and Antonio Conte is starting to feel the pressure. The Blues’ next game see them travel to Hull to square off with a difficult Tigers side.

Here are some predictions from The Pride Of London staff with our usual contribution from a random Twitter follower. Unfortunately, Josh over at sister site Pain In The Arsenal (@PainInThArsenal) was the first to reply and rules are rules, so it’s him…

Josh: 1-1. Chelsea have struggled to get anything going lately and Hull have proven to be a tad bothersome at home. Robert Snodgrass will score. So will that fiend, Diego Costa.

Travis Tyler: 1-2 Blues. Surely Conte’s men cannot lose to a team that barely has enough healthy players to hit the field. And they have no manager. Chelsea will survive in the end, but things will look no less convincing heading into the international break.

Daniel McClue: 3-1 Hull. I’m going to take one for the team here and predict a loss, as my past predictions have been so off we are now guaranteed a win. Having said that, with John Terry now ruled out, one of Ivanovic and Cahill will have to start – another loss would be a disaster.

Scott Brant: 2-0 Blues. That’s right, the Blues keep a clean sheet even without their fearless leader. After a week of thinking about the embarrassment that was the Arsenal match, Chelsea take it out on Hull City.

Andre Floyd: 2-0 Chelsea. If the Blues can’t keep a clean sheet against Hull then life is a meaningless meandering around a ball of tightly packed space dust given artificial meaning through unintentional cognizance.

Editor’s note: Yeah, I don’t really know either.

Khaled Abdallah: 2-0 Chelsea. The Blues cruise after a verbal butt-whooping from Conte. They’ve proven this season they can handle lesser sides but have trouble against the big boys. Even against Swansea they dominated and just made two really stupid mistakes that cost them two points.

More from Premier League

Ben Croft: 2-1 Chelsea. With the way our defence is looking, it looks unlikely that we’ll keep a clean sheet. It looks like Conte will use the 3-4-3 that he used in the last half-hour against Arsenal so it’ll be interesting to see if that works. It’s a must win game for us.

Brendan McDonnell: 2-2. Let’s all ride the 2016/17 CFC Roller Coaster! The season, at least to this point, has been devoid of all the weird off the pitch which is fun. That said, man has it been weird on the pitch. The back line concedes, Costa scores, eat, sleep, repeat. Also, are we 100% Courtois is really good?

Ajitesh Rasgotra: 3-0 Blues. Come on, this has to be three points. Right???

Here is our prediction league table. There are five points for a correct scoreline, three for the right result.
