Chelsea are looking to win a record 14th consecutive Premier League game when they take on Tottenham tonight. Here are our predictions.

All eyes will be on White Hart Lane when Tottenham Hotspur welcome Chelsea for their final festive Premier League clash. Can Antonio Conte’s men break Arsenal’s record and win 14 consecutive league games? Here is what we think.

Daniel McClue: 3-1 Spurs. It’s right there, in my gut, I can feel it. Of course, my gut hates me after this Holiday period but I’m rolling with it. Harry Kane is ready to go off against the Blues with a hat-trick. Cahill scores for Chelsea. Midway through the second Costa spots a Spurs coach shouting at his new best bud, Conte. He loses his head and fights every person on the Tottenham bench.

Andre Carlisle: 3-0 Spurs. I get the feeling the dark arts will need a lot of coaxing for this one. So everyone chant along as I drop these chicken bones in the center of a pentagram made of candles. Spurs feel everyone is on their side and when you’re as unlikable as most of them are, this can resurrect feelings last felt when their moms told them they were special. As such I expect a rip-roaringly intense match. Hazard magic and peak defensive concentration will need to combine if we are to keep the streak alive. I believe Eden is ready, 2-0 Chelsea.

Rayna Sidhu: 2-1 Chelsea. The young Spurs squad will likely press first but Chelsea know how to sit back and let them tire out. Dele Alli is too quick and creative not to get past the back three – he and Kane will be a challenge. If Hazard and Costa are on top form, which is a given, then the opportunity to exploit Tottenham’s defence will present itself time and time again. Once Chelsea get a goal, Spurs will set into “May 2016 at the Bridge” panic mode and the win will be ours if we stay focused.

More from The Pride of London

Scott Brant: 2-1. It’s indescribable the form the Blues are in. Spurs are very aware of what we did to them last year – and they will seek revenge. Just as Tottenham and their fans begin to think they have ended our win streak, Chelsea break the 1-1 draw open with a banger from Costa late in the match to seal a 14th win.

Ollie Miller: 2-0 Spurs. An early Spurs goal will sadly uncover some of the defensive frailties. Kane will net a header from a set-piece. Chelsea will panic in the second half and chase a draw only to concede a second late on. To get any result Pedro needs to start and Costa needs to bully.

Travis Tyler: 1-0. Tottenham have the feeling that everyone wants them to win, so they will do what they always do and fold under pressure. They will offer enough resistance to keep the score low, but a scrappy goal from N’Golo Kante in stoppage time sees Chelsea make history and pull farther ahead on the table.

Khaled Abdallah: 2-0. Chelsea are nice and rested after they worked with the FA in their secret underground London headquarters to fix up their holiday schedule while Spurs just played on New Year’s Day. After the win Antonio Conte will head back to the FA to deliver the remainder of his soul and his hairplugs.

Ben Croft: 2-1 Spurs. Sadly I think our winning run will come to an end on Wednesday. We looked a little shaky at the back against Stoke and we can’t afford to be like that again. Everyone wants Chelsea to lose. Competitors, pundits and many other people, but hopefully we prove them wrong. Can’t see it, though. Kane to get two, Costa with a consolation
