N’Golo Kante was in attendance as unlikely Leicester progressed to the Champions League quarter-finals, proving that the Chelsea man is literally everywhere.
Leicester City’s bizarre fairytale continued on Tuesday night as they defeated Europa League champions, Sevilla, 2-0. The victory sent them into the Champions League quarter-finals 3-2 on aggregate, keeping yet another dream alive. Having propelled them to their Premier League triumph last season, N’Golo Kante took a break from Chelsea life to watch the game at the King Power Stadium. The man is quite literally everywhere.
Goals from Wes Morgan and Marc Albrighton handed Leicester the win in front of a raucous home crowd. Kante was one of the 31,520 people cheering the Foxes on.
With Blues fans used to seeing him covering every blade of grass on the football pitch, this sighting was merely proof that Kante is everywhere at all times.

Reports also claim that he was taking in the Juventus – Porto game in Turin at the same time last night…
Kante’s presence only goes to show how amicable his split from Leicester was. As per usual, the tabloids tried to stir up some stories of friction when Chelsea came calling, but the beaming smile on his face at the final whistle proves that he and his former teammates are still on the same page.
Experiencing a European night like that, albeit as a supporter, should only whet his appetite for next season. Running away with the Premier League title, Chelsea will be looking to mount a real challenge for Europe’s premier trophy.
The Blues will need to recruit wisely over the summer, though. N’Golo Kante currently makes up five of the midfield four and he will need quality support. Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich will be able to overpower the diminutive Frenchman.
However, this is a job for Antonio Conte and the board. Kante will be focused on doing what he does and securing that league title.
After all, the man is literally everywhere.
