League One, League Two and National League

F. Clarke-Salter’s minutes have been paltry, but the defense ahead of him have been strong and uncompromising. So far, the move can only be chalked up as a failure.. DF. Bristol Rovers. JAKE CLARKE-SALTER

A. Colkett’s switch from Bristol Rovers to Swindon Town has turned out to be inspired, as he has gone from struggling for time to playing nearly every minute. More of the same will help him improve.. MF. Swindon Town. CHARLIE COLKETT

Blackman is a starter, and though clean sheets have not been common, he has been solid enough. His career is in his hands, and he can chose to be Chelsea’s third keeper or go back on loan.<br />. GK. Wycombe Wanderers. JAMAL BLACKMAN. B

Doncaster Rovers. JORDAN HOUGHTON. A. Houghton was having an excellent campaign, and then an injury caused his season and loan to end. Because of that, he will likely return to the same level of loan next season as he recovers.. MF

FW. Crewe Alexandra. ALEX KIWOMYA. C. He has gone from a starter to a super sub. He can eventually bounce back, but it will probably not be at Crewe Alexandra and certainly will not be this season.

JAY DA SILVA. D. One of Chelsea’s most promising academy products, Da Silva has failed to find anything but a handful of off-the bench-minutes. The potential is there, but something must change.. DF. Charlton Athletic

Swindon Town. ISLAM FERUZ. F. His loan started well with him as a starter, and then came to a crashing halt as he failed to make the bench since the first three matches. Chelsea will grow tired of his inconsistency before he improves.. FW

Swindon Town. FANKATY DABO. D. Like Feruz, a series of starts were followed by being dropped outright from the squad. He kept the run going longer though, and it is his first loan, so It is slightly more acceptable though not ideal.. DF

National League

F. From one National League team to another, this is simply too low of a level for Chelsea to seriously consider loaning any player to. He is starting now at least.. DF. Solihull Moors. NATHAN BAXTER
