Eden Hazard, having sat out the international break, has stated that he will likely be ready to go.
Speaking to reporters, the Belgian confirmed that the week off had done him some good. Hazard should be ready to face Palace and help Chelsea get this final leg off to a winning start.

Hazard sat out Chelsea’s last fixture as a result of the calf strain he picked up against Manchester United. The Blues managed to negotiate the Stoke game successfully, even if they had to rely on a late Gary Cahill goal. However, they will certainly welcome back the Belgian with open arms.
After an awful 2015/16 campaign, Hazard has been in fine form this season. He has reminded everyone of just how talented he is with a series of dazzling displays. As a consequence, the transfer rumours linking him with Real Madrid have resurfaced.
The latest reports were quite fervent, but during the course of Tuesday different angles arose. Sky Sports are now disputing earlier claims that talks between Chelsea and Real Madrid have taken place.
"Real Madrid want to sign Chelsea forward Eden Hazard, according to Sky sources, but talks between the clubs have not taken place. The Stamford Bridge side do not comment on what they regard as media speculation and rumour."
Real Madrid have been linked frequently with a move for Hazard, so many fans will brush this off as yet another round of garbage. Besides, which club with the resources would not want to sign the Belgian? Hazard is one of football’s finest players at the moment.
Especially after the season that he has enjoyed, the Blues must be ready to fight off suitors throughout the summer. The club are reportedly lining up a new contract with better terms as part of their plans to retain Hazard.
For the moment, though, the winger will be focused on regaining his fitness and ensuring that Chelsea get over this Premier League finish line unscathed.
