Antonio Conte calmed some nerves after the West Brom clash, confirming that he would stay in West London for next season.
Rumours have linked the Italian with a switch back to his homeland and a job at Inter Milan. That now seems off the cards, for a year at least.
"Asked if he could say “100%” that he will stay with the new league champions, he replied: “Yeah, yeah.” He then began talking of his intention to improve the champions further. “We have to improve in the next season and to find the right solution to improve,” he said. – via The Times"

Conte has done a miraculous job since arriving at Stamford Bridge. Taking over a club in disarray having gone from champions to 10th place, he brought the Blues back to the level they should be playing at. Now, the Premier League title has been delivered as a material reward for his efforts.
Despite a rocky start, a switch to a defensive three sparked Chelsea into life and sent them soaring up the table. Although Tottenham Hotspur have kept within touching distance, the trophy has been in the Blues’ hands for some time.
However, it would have been a severe blow if Conte had chosen to move on after one season. Many fans believe that this could be the start of a dominant period for the club, with the strong Italian at the helm.
Now that he has ruled out a departure, attention can turn to the Champions League in earnest. Of course, the FA Cup final will be on the immediate horizon, but forward planning is vital to stay ahead of their rivals. Knowing that Conte will still be in charge enables the board to seek out appropriate transfer targets to suit the Italian’s demands.
