Chelsea and Stoke City square off shortly in a Premier League affair. Here are the score predictions from the writers at The Pride Of London.

Travis Tyler: 3-0. Alvaro Morata gets a bit miffed that Michy Batshuayi has more goals than him and goes on a rampage. He completes his hat trick, all headers, and Conte starts asking young ladies in the crowd to marry Alvaro before remembering he is already married.

Daniel McClue: 1-1. Chelsea find it hard going on a mild Saturday afternoon in Stoke. The Blues dominate but the Potters get a lucky goal in the 34th minute through Choupo-Moting. Musonda comes on in the 73rd minute and confirms his position as the greatest player in the world, scoring in the 83rd minute.

Vishnu Raj: 2-0. Will be a close game, but their problems in the defence should help us. Chelsea could be conservative because of the Champions League game midweek. Morata to score.

Scott Brant: 2-1. Now that Diego is gone, things get back to semi-normal. Hazard plays the full 90. While Morata shows he’s got some mean in him, picks up a yellow in a tussle with a defender. Morata with a brace.

Abhishek Pancholi: 3-0. The current Stoke side are a different beast compared to their Pulisball iteration of yore. However, they are a bit light on centre-backs at the moment, so the Chelsea front three should have a field day. Morata will start and score a brace while Musonda will add to his glowing reputation with an exciting second-half cameo.

Kevin Peacock: 2-0. With Eden Hazard back in the fold, Chelsea travel to Stoke and look to retain their recent unbeaten run. Stoke, as we know, don’t train using a football so Chelsea could be in for an uncomfortable afternoon. However, with Kurt Zouma unable to play due  loan rules and Ryan Shawcross only just returning from injury, the Blues should be able to find a way to secure another win. Not easy but 2-0 to Chelsea.
