Buy: Mesut Ozil

No, no, hear me out. It would be great for Chelsea to sign Alexis Sanchez in the Emirates fire sale, but Arsene Wenger would rather join AFTV than let his crown jewel move across the city. Disgruntled ex-Gunners seem to do pretty well for the Blues and Ozil would provide a creative outlet like no other. The indignation amongst the Arsenal fans would be off the charts, much like his assists tally if he is feeding Hazard and Morata.

Loan: Charly Musonda

Someone send Musonda out on loan before he Instagrams himself out of a Chelsea career.

Sell: David Luiz

David Luiz is already halfway gone, so Chelsea might as well sell him while they can still recoup some of their investment. He might have done well last season, but this signing never felt like something that was meticulously planned for the longer term.
