A roundup of the best Pride of London articles as Chelsea cools down from AFC Bournemouth and warms up for Huddersfield AFC.

In the famous words of Ferris Bueller, “life moves pretty fast”. So as Chelsea bounce from match to match, it is easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle. That is where this round up comes in. What was the aftermath of the Bournemouth loss? How is Chelsea gearing up for Huddersfield in the Premier League? And what else is going on?

Cooling down from Bournemouth

No one wanted to talk about the no good, very bad, terrible defeat to Bournemouth. Well, not outside of 240 characters anyways. But a few brave Pride of London souls tried to stir the pot.

Gabe for one is sick of hearing about there being no need for a plan B. Plan b’s do not need to be against the manager’s philosophy, just an adjustment to the current situation at hand.

George decided to step away from his first love, The Simpsons references, to his second: Arrested Development references. Has Maurizio Sarri made the case that he is not up to task?

Warming up for Huddersfield

Normally, Huddersfield would not be much of an earmarked fixture. But given the current state of things, lots of eyes will be on this match.

Travis had his latest crack at predicting the XI with a few changes expected here and there. The real question is whether or not Sarri goes for the stick or the twist with some players.

Travis also took a shot at explaining whatever Huddersfield’s tactics are. Really, it is not easy to plan for a team that just hired a youth manager and who is just happy to be in the Premier League for now.

The elephants in the room

The real big headline was transfer deadline day! But really it was not all that exciting with Chelsea bringing no one in and only sending a few players out on loan.

The Pride of London contributors woke up and told the world their greatest deadline day hopes, dreams, fears, and nightmares. Somehow we never quite expected Mauro Icardi to sign.

George quite liked the idea of social media master Michy Batshuayi heading to Crystal Palace for the rest of the season. Batshuayi can help himself, Chelsea, and Palace if he ends up showing the promise many always saw.

Deadline day is also notable for those who stay. George pondered if there was a deeper reason behind Gary Cahill remaining at Chelsea.

Questions to think on from Huddersfield to Manchester City

This one will largely be based on the result against Huddersfield. Yes, we are at place where different questions have to be asked based on a result against the last placed team in the league.

If Chelsea wins: Great! How will Sarri ensure the players have the right mentality for City? Will he adapt his tactics for City again?
If Chelsea draws: Same questions, but also who drops out of the side?

If Chelsea loses: When is Frank Lampard available? When will John Terry finish his coaching badges?

As always, head over to Twitter with questions, comments, or some light trolling.
