Outside of Willian and Hazard, Chelsea currently has only one other established winger in Pedro. This summer will bring the arrival of American Christian Pulisic having been signed in January, as well as the current Chelsea darling, Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Both the American and the Englishman have quality in bundles and the potential loss of Hazard will still sting, but far less with the promise Pulisic and Hudson-Odoi bring to the team. If Hazard leaves, both should be contenders for the starting berth on the wing next season.

Possibly losing two strikers in Giroud and Higuain is also daunting but Chelsea have Michy Batshuayi out on loan at Crystal Palace as well as the very promising Tammy Abraham currently at Aston Villa.

Abraham is currently joint third on the Championship scoring charts, finding the back of the net every 131 minutes (something bested by only Billy Sharp (22 goals, 117 minutes per goal) and Teemu Pukki (24 goals, 129 minutes per goal)). He should be plying his trade in the Premier League next season.

Abraham might not be ready for starting duties which is where Batshuayi comes in. He is currently putting in some solid performances for Crystal Palace, having previously excelled at Borussia Dortmund and Marseilles. It is also not like Chelsea have had a bona-fide killer striker in front of goal since Drogba so giving Michy another, more extended shot, can do the Blues no harm.
