Hakim Ziyech (No. 22) Right winger, Morocco

If there’s one player that Chelsea seems to rely on, its Hakim Ziyech. He is probably the biggest gamechanger in this young squad. While Chelsea has a lot of talent, most of them have lacked the ability to change the game on their shoulders in the past month or so. And that’s something that the Blues’ faithful have been used to, courtesy of a certain Belgian. Against Fulham, Ziyech will get space to drop deep and put those long balls into the box. Expect a wonder goal from the Moroccan as he announces his arrival to the Cottagers.

Tammy Abraham (No. 9) Striker, England

Frank Lampard’s choices at center forward have raised a lot of questions in the past few weeks. Lampard needs to choose the CF on the basis of form, and the opposition. Starting Timo Werner against Man City did not work out at all. While Werner did score against Morecambe, he still needs to gain more confidence. Tammy Abraham should be getting the nod against Fulham, ahead of Timo Werner, as Chelsea need to play fluid football and go past the Cottagers’ backline.

Callum Hudson-Odoi (No.20), Right winger, England

If any player deserves to start this game, its Callum Hudson-Odoi. Frank Lampard has been extremely cautious with Hudson-Odoi this season to the extent that there were even rumors of him looking for a move. In the past few games, Hudson-Odoi has been the bright spot for Chelsea and has looked extremely positive. He scored the consolation against consolation against City, and scored one against Morecambe in the second half. Chelsea’s wonderkid has to start this game. Period.
