Hakim Ziyech (Right midfielder): 7/10

Hakim Ziyech didn’t play poorly as he did what he had to do. The Moroccan Magician whipped some good balls into the box and had few strikes on goal that were blocked. Overall though, we must see more from him going forward as he’s a key part to the Blues’ attack.

Mason Mount (Central midfielder): 7/10

The ever present Mason Mount was once again in the Starting XI and put in another professional performance in the midfield two the Blues played with, alongside Billy Gilmour. The Englishman hardly put a foot wrong in the match; he covered the space well and had some decent shots on goal that could have gone in. He also captained the side for the first time and became the youngest captain since John Terry in the early 2000s.

Billy Gilmour (Central midfielder): 8/10

Chelsea fans adore Gilmour, and for good reason. The young Scotsman is so calm and collected in the middle of the park and he never looks rattled at all, which is impressing for a 19-year-old. He plays the right pass every time, never gets caught out of possession and plays with a lot of confidence, Sunday was no different.

Christian Pulisic (Left midfielder) 7/10

Pulisic looked more lively than in previous games, but much like Timo Werner, he had no end product. In the first half, he had two good chances with first one coming off a dummy from Werner, who put Pulisic in and he shot it directly into the goalkeepers hands. The second one was at the top of the box where shot it over the bar. Overall, the Blues need more from their No. 10.
