Mason Mount (Right winger): 7.5/10

If there’s one thing about Mount that everyone loves, it’s that he never goes down without a fight. Even in a team full of stars, he is almost always among the best performers in the side. He has easily been the most consistent player this season for the Blues, and this game just proved my point. He was everywhere in the attacking third. There was so much movement in between the lines from him, it was so good to see. He worked smartly to get out of tight spaces. His shooting was a bit “meh”, but literally everything else was great. He was crucial in the build-up to the first goal. Just a lot to handle for the opponents every time he plays. He was subbed off for Havertz in the 80′.

Tammy Abraham (Striker): 4.5/10

This was one of the worst performances from Abraham this season. He couldn’t link-up well with his teammates. His hold-up play was off, his positioning was average, he didn’t make that many runs and he was subbed off at halftime. We all know how he is though, he’ll bounce back.

Timo Werner (Left winger): 5/10

Werner’s bad stretch of games continues. He took a couple of shots, he had a nice flick to Mount in the first half. Other than that, there was literally nothing noteworthy from him in 90 minutes. Nothing good, anyway. Hopefully Tuchel brings out the best in him sooner rather than later.

Christian Pulisic (Left Winger) 5.5/10

There wasn’t a lot for Pulisic to do in this game. It was a little difficult to understand where exactly he was playing at the start, but it became clearer towards the end. He had a great assist to Alonso for the second goal and also missed a chance in the 71′.

Kai Havertz (Right winger): N/A

Havertz came on late in the second half for Mount. He looked alright, nothing outstanding, but didn’t have a lot of time to make an impact.
