Hakim Ziyech (Right winger): 7.5/10

The Moroccan looked displeased to come off just past the hour mark. Whether that was because of the substitution itself or due to his luck – or lack thereof – on the night, one can only speculate. Ziyech had several ‘nearly’ moments in the match – he nearly scored a goal, he nearly played Werner in behind a couple of times, and he nearly made much more of a mark.

Kai Havertz (Centre forward): 9/10

Havertz doubled his Premier League tally in just 49 minutes against Fulham. The German had scored just twice in the league before today but netted a brace against the Cottagers to hand Chelsea the win. Havertz enjoyed a great game and took both of his chances well. His combination play with Werner for the second goal provided a glimpse of his true potential, as everything from his touch to bring the ball down to his run in behind the defense was perfect.

Timo Werner (Left winger): 8.5/10

Werner ended the match with just one assist to his name, but he deserved much more based on his performance. The forward was a nightmare to deal with for the Fulham defense throughout the match. He made several good runs and combined well with his teammates. He nearly had an assist in the first half when he picked out Ziyech’s run into the box, only for the Moroccan to shoot straight at the goalkeeper. The German finally had his reward in the second half when his perfectly weighted pass was converted by Havertz for Chelsea’s second.

Tammy Abraham (Striker; sub): 6.5/10

Abraham made his second consecutive appearance off the bench, as he was brought on to replace Mount with a quarter of the match still to be played. However, the forward did not enjoy a good outing as he barely managed to get a hold of the ball.
