Bryan Fiabema (No. 49) Right winger, Norway

Bryan Fiabema will have some very physical centerbacks to play against at the Brentford Community Stadium. Fiabema’s pace will come in handy against a Brentford side that will likely try to push up at certain points in the game. Chelsea has a ton of forwards out and some forwards are already getting overplayed as it is, so Tuchel has to rest a lot of players for this match. If it makes any of you feel better, Fiabema is good on Football Manager 2020.

Jayden Wareham (No. 55) Center forward, England

I don’t know who Jayden Wareham is either, so we’re about to discover the next Erling Haaland.

Ross Barkley (No. 18) Left attacking midfielder, England

Ross Barkley didn’t play well in his last match. This may be disingenuous considering he created four chances and should’ve been rewarded for his inch-perfect corner in the 2′. However, he made no defensive actions and only had seven pressures. For comparison, his central midfielder partner topped the number of pressures for the Blues with 19 pressures. There’s a lot of responsibility on the central midfielders to maintain the structure of the system, as carelessness can lead to the centerbacks and wingbacks being exposed. Every system can look vulnerable when key positions are exposed. Barkley started his Chelsea career injured, so his issues started from the beginning, and he has not been able to nail down a starting spot yet, two years on. There’s still hope for him because there’s still hope for everyone under Tuchel.
