Latest major incoming and outgoing Chelsea transfer rumours rated

PoL will now round up, detail and assess the most recent, notable incoming and outgoing Chelsea transfer rumours. This list is being compiled and rated ahead of what will hopefully be a busy summer – if the Blues are allowed to conduct business once again. Only if a successful bid for the club goes through at some stage will CFC be able to buy, sell and renew contracts, suggest reports. Though, thankfully, there are also news stories claiming that the government will be accepting one of the satisfactory proposals. Yet, naturally, even that talk has been disputed. In the meantime, the London outfit will be constantly connected with interests in a plethora of stars from around the globe; usually potential fresh faces currently based in Europe. In addition, we shall briefly analyse the prospectively outgoing Chelsea players.

First of all, Erling Haaland; a onetime prodigy so in demand that you can name media links with the most powerful, richest sides around. Chelsea are – or will soon to return to previous stature in the wake of Roman Abramovich’s departure – one of those superclubs and were promptly attributed with fancying a move for the Norwegian international. Football.london report that Kylian Mbappe is ‘set to leave’ Paris Saint-Germain in the summer, and the French are plotting a move for the struggling but valuable Lukaku. Or even talking to his representatives.

CFC would be unwise not to consider shipping out the Belgian during the off-season as he has not fitted in again. Neither is he a key member of the team, at all. This hypothetical movement would give the Blues the opportunity, position and funding to sign Borussia Dortmund’s forward. He has an apparent release clause of £62.6million. This season he has managed 22 goal involvements in 19 Bundesliga outings; along with three finishes in three UCL appearances for Dortmund. Manchester City’s influence and Pep Guardiola’s reach may be telling here. It is obvious that certain signings such as Haaland can aid Chelsea to increase their standing domestically towards Liverpool and City.
