Chelsea at Dinamo Zagreb: Champions League betting guide

I’d expect a mix of established squad players and younger prospects to fill the former European champions’ team sheet on Tuesday, but securing an early road result will be of the utmost importance. Especially given Tuchel’s record in cup competitions, I like the Blues ML at -230 a lot.

I’ve avoided picking in favor of the Blues for most of the early part of the season, but this match against Dinamo Zagreb feels like a pretty safe opportunity to do so. The value isn’t great at -230 odds, however, I don’t see anything wrong with betting big on what feels like a sure thing from time to time. Chelsea on the moneyline is my first pick, and for my second I’ll ride the aforementioned both teams to score prop, yet again, at -110.

My final selection is purely based on vibes, but I feel like Ben Chilwell is heading for a hot run of form following his game-saving performance over the weekend. I’ll take him to score or provide an assist in Croatia at +250 odds.
