Chelsea travels to the San Siro for the second leg of the Champions League Group stage game against AC Milan.

The Blues are on a sumptuous winning streak which has seen them score six goals in 180 minutes, conceding zero goals. You can guess how Graham Potter feels about that. CFC look like they’re turning a corner but it’s important to take into account that the Blues opponents in the past two games have played into Graham Potter’s hands, though he still deserves credit. Here’s who we think he trusts to continue that winning streak and take Chelsea closer to Round-of-16 qualification.

Chelsea’s Kepa Arrizabalaga (No. 1) Goalkeeper, Spain

Arrizabalaga has been between the sticks for the Blues’ last two games where Chelsea has seen two clean sheets. He has played his role in those. His distribution and shot-stopping have been good, and there’s no reason for him not to retain his place as he has been performing well.

Trevoh Chalobah (No. 14) Right centerback, England

Chalobah also played very well in the last two games. He came on as an early substitute for Wesley Fofana in the first half of the AC Milan game, however, he showed that he doesn’t plan to be a squad player this season and it’s safe to say that – at the moment – if Potter has to choose between Chalobah and Kalidou Koulibaly for the Blues third centerback spot, he’s going with Chalobah, and that has a lot to do with the youngster’s performance in the past two games.
