Three ‘understands the importance and power of a connected community’ and is launching the #WeSeeYou network in collaboration with Chelsea FC.

The #WeSeeYou Network is a positive, culture-shifting initiative, building a long-term community of role models and a culture of recognition for more women in sports, at all levels.

Individuals can be nominated as a Passionate Player, Committed Coach or in The Business of Sport categories to win access to some incredible once-in-a-lifetime experiences with Chelsea FC Women.

The mobile firm, a major partner of Chelsea FC since 2020, intends to ‘use the power and scale of our network to encourage change and ensure women in sport are seen, recognised and rewarded.’

The plan? To elevate women and the beautiful game.

The #WeSeeYou network will give women in all facets of sport the opportunity to participate in some once in a lifetime mentoring programmes, networking events, as well as specialist training that targets their chosen disciplines and passions.

Of those put forward as a ‘Passionate Player’, up to 30 will have the chance to attend an exclusive training experience with Chelsea FC Women and receive match tickets. One outstanding nominee will also receive masterclass coaching, a one-to-one Chelsea player mentorship and pitchside access at a Chelsea FC Women’s match.

In the ‘Committed Coach’ category, up to 30 nominees will meet the Chelsea coaching team, get an inside look at Chelsea FC Women training techniques and attend a Chelsea FC Women’s match. The chosen outstanding nominee will also meet Emma Hayes and receive a one-on-one coaching education from a Chelsea coach.

Finally, in the ‘Business of Sport’, up to 30 nominees will be invited to a full day of talks, workshops and an exclusive conference with presenters, broadcasters and journalists to learn everything about sports media and business, plus Chelsea FC Women’s match tickets. The outstanding nominee will also get to meet Eniola Aluko for a one-to-one mentorship, shadow presenter Olivia Buzaglo and even co-host on CFCTV.

Who inspires you? Who champions you? Who drives you? Who deserves to be seen and recognised? We want to see all of you!
