Chelsea travels to the red side of Merseyside for a fierce mid-table 6-pointer. Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool is one place above Graham Potter’s Blues as both teams have the same points total so far (25) and sit ninth and 10th respectively. Both teams have been as bad as each other this season, with both clubs having players who are seemingly very good in their own right, but can’t seem to perform well enough to win games consistently.

Kepa Arrizabalaga, No. 1, Goalkeeper, Chelsea and Spain

Arrizabalaga was very good against Crystal Palace, securing another clean sheet and making it five in 11 games. He made five saves, and now averages 3.8 saves per game at an 81 per cent save rate. The Spaniard has been superb this season, all things considered.

Trevoh Chalobah, No. 14, Right back, English

Chalobah is likely to come in at right back again in this game, especially considering the opposition. Cesar Azpilicueta has found it a bit difficult coping with the physical demands of right back and right wingback, and while Chalobah wasn’t great in the role against Manchester City in the FA Cup, he looked much better there against Palace.
