Right Wing back: Reece James

Chelsea’s gifted boy, Reece James is back and after playing an entire 90 against West Ham United, he looks fit and set to get back to his normal self. The Blues need James now more than ever. And starting him would be a no brainer at this point.

Central Midfield: Enzo Fernandez

Our marquee signing has only played two games and already proved his worth. The Argentine wunderkind has brilliantly so far. His vision, ball progression and passing in tight spaces have all helped the Blues to connect the defence to the attack which massively helps a team like Chelsea who like to play out from the back.

Central midfield: Ruben Loftus-cheek

Mateo Kovacic and Denis Zakaria are doubts for this game, that leaves us with the two Englishmen, Conor Gallagher and Ruben Loftus-cheek. Gallagher has played more often and has certainly put on some decent displays. However, he has been caught out of position multiple times and his reckless tackles have not worked in our favor. On the other hand, Loftus-cheek did start the last game, and as usual put in a top shift, complimenting Enzo very well. And letting them start together again would make absolute sense.

Left Wing back: Benjamin Chilwell

The Spanish International- Marc Cucurella has been the weakling of the CFC backline. His lack of awareness in the last game helped West Ham score a decisive goal. And now with Chilwell involved in two cameos already, he looks set to complete his comeback and start the next game.
