Will Reece James return from absence against Southampton to start for Chelsea versus Tottenham Hotspur? The England rightback is absolutely vital to the Blues.

Firstly, The Pride of London have CFC a fitness update for you. So, the question everyone wants to know the answer to, is: will Reece James return to the Chelsea starting lineup against rivals Spurs? James and Thiago Silva are ‘set to return‘ to the XI. This is great news as the pair are arguably the most crucial in the entire group.

Cesar Azpilicueta won’t play at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as he recovers from a head injury. He’s said to be ‘doing well’ following a concussion. Unfortunately, neither Christian Pulisic nor N’golo Kante will be available for selection.

A Joao Felix endorsement from Enzo Fernandez and a way back for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang at Chelsea

Felix is a class act on the field, forgetting his rather silly red card against Fulham on his important Chelsea debut. He even gave a good account of himself in that contests until he clashed unwisely with the opposition. Since then Felix has opened his goalscoring account with the west London outfit, as well as being one of the few bright sparks in the team.

And the Portugal international has obviously impressed his teammates. One distinguished Blue player in particular has spoken of Felix’s quality since his introduction on loan from Benfica. Fernandez says CFC should sign his colleague on a permanent basis after what he’s witnessed in training and in the Premier League and the Champions League.

And, I presume, what the Argentine saw of the Portuguese at the World Cup was also impressive. I love the fact that the former said this, it’s refreshing and forthright in a positive way. Fernandez says the club should do all they can to capture the forward, which is quite the blessing.
