Chelsea vs Liverpool: EPL betting guide and tips

Here are your betting guide and tips for the Premier League battle between Chelsea and Liverpool. Just one regular day at Chelsea, that’s all I ask. It will never happen. The Blues are on the hunt for their third manager of the season after another brutally disappointing defeat at the hands of Aston Villa on Saturday, a fourth loss in eight matches under Graham Potter.
His results simply didn’t meet the team’s standards, as 11th place is far too low on the table for a side that won the Champions League only a few years ago. Potter’s sacking obviously creates more questions than answers going forward, and Todd Boehly needs to make the right hire or risk losing any remaining trust he had built up with the supporters. It’s a precarious time at Stamford Bridge, to say the least.
Yet another coaching change makes betting on Tuesday’s contest against Liverpool extremely difficult, as interim manager Bruno Saltor will likely be implementing a new tactical gameplan. The long-time Brighton midfielder will look to make an instant impact on his touchline debut and take advantage of an opponent that has only been slightly less frustrating than Chelsea in 2022/23. The Reds sit 8th in the Premier League and look to be on cruise control as the campaign winds to a close, with a massive squad clearout imminent on Merseyside this summer.
