Chelsea predicted lineup vs Nottingham Forest: Hall replaces Chilwell in 3-4-3
Right Wing: Conor Gallagher (No. 23)
The hard working midfielder has been rewarded with regular football lately after a run of convincing displays and should beat Raheem Sterling in making the starting XI. He has been heavily involved in the few goals that Chelsea have scored. Also his ability off the ball and to drop in midfield when required could help Chelsea use a flexible free flowing setup.
Striker: Joao Felix (No. 11)
Felix did struggle for form over the last month. However in his cameo against the Cherries, the Portuguese International looked bright and also got himself on the scoresheet. Kai Havertz on the other hand was named in the starting XI but as usual failed to put his body on the line and didn’t look like he had a goal in him. And when it comes to Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, the Athletic reports,
"Aside from sporting reasons, there has always been a financial incentive for Chelsea to leave him out given he has a high bonus appearance fee written into his contract. The club have little to gain from selecting a man who will not be with them next season."
Left Wing: Mykhailo Mudryk
Mudryk took time to settle in and get accustomed to the Premier League. But he has looked promising lately making good use of his pace. The fans are assured that the goals will eventually come and the Ukranian International’s persistence will pay off.
