Chelsea Transfer News – Mateo Kovacic close to agreeing personal terms with Manchester City

Chelsea are open to selling Kovacic this summer as he enters the final 12 months of his contract. With a midfield revolution expected at Stamford Bridge, the Croatian is considered expendable.
