Chelsea Football Club want to return immediately back to what they belong. The Blues have reportedly opened talks with ex-Barcelona star Neymar over a prospectively huge transfer. Is it a good idea?

Todd Boehly is on a mission, we hear. You’ve gotta hand it to ol’ Todd – he don’t quit! Many others would have given up, removed themselves from proceedings or relinquished control altogether. But not my man Todd, he’s still gunning for glory through mega-signings that appear to be questionably newsworthy as opposed to ideal for the team.

Is Neymar right for the modern, already flawed CFC? Ironically, Manchester United are also said to be interested in signing the troublesome yet ultimately massively gifted footballer. United have made so many judicious decisions under Erik ten Hag that it feels odd that they’d chase a possibly problematic athlete untested in the demanding Premier League. However, new Chels’ head coach Mauricio Pochettino knows the Brazilian better than me, having managed him at Paris Saint-Germain. And ‘Poch’ could be keen to work with the attacker again due to being described as an ‘admirer of Neymar’.

Reported details surrounding negotiations between Chelsea and Brazil attacker Neymar

Concerning the possibility of the PSG man at Stamford Bridge, the Blues have supposedly overtaken English top-flight rivals the Red Devils in landing Neymar. With £600million inexplicably and unsuccessfully outlaid over a year, CFC are still searching for their very own productive superstar. The 31-year-old finds himself among the ‘chief’ CFC targets.

The legendary Lionel Messi and stalwart Sergio Ramos shall depart the French giants this summer; many believe Neymar will be the next well-known ‘baller’ out of the door. Although they are losing talent, PSG are apparently willing to negotiate for their asset for the right price. The Blues have now opened talks, it is purported.
