Chelsea star’s £200k-a-week wages makes EPL transfer difficult

One Chelsea star on exorbitant wages at Stamford Bridge may find it difficult to move to an English club. Will Christian Pulisic’s £200,000-a-week prevent him transferring to a Premier League team? The Pride of London offer a verdict.

As PoL have admitted on prior occasions, Pulisic has disappointed overall at CFC. And no, featuring less than he may have wanted is not  a reasonable excuse: he’s been given more than enough minutes to prove himself.

Consequently Pulisic could reportedly be allowed to leave Stamford Bridge this summer. However, his unbelievable wage packet may stop EPL sides from bidding. Maybe he should take a pay cut.

Early Chelsea signing Christopher Nkunku might perhaps be most significant of transfer window

I am really excited to see Christopher Nkunku get going with the west London side. Even his preseason tour will be keenly viewed with fascination by the Blues fan base, along with Premier League football aficionados the world over. I expect Nkunku to be one of the signings to make the most impact on Fulham Road next season. I say this without actually knowing the next incomings at the Bridge over the summer. That’s how confident this writer is about the Frenchman’s capacity to succeed in the most challenging division on the planet.

On Tuesday morning, CFC announced Nkunku’s arrival at the club. Obviously we’ve all known for about a year, certainly since January, that the France international was joining the Blues. The official website finally confirmed the switch from RB Leipzig ahead of 2023/24. The six-year deal begins from July 1. The ‘second striker’ described himself as ‘incredibly happy’ to join the English capital outfit.

In addition to that, the 25-year-old stated that he is excited to work with Mauricio Pochettino and his new teammates. Furthermore, Nkunku said that he’s looking forward to showing Chelsea fans what he can do. He’s up for the challenge and ‘proud’ to wear the famous Blues shirt.
